I was feeling artistic and abstract today and this is what I came up with! I am quite happy with it! Gary had a bit of a difficult afternoon! His tummy was bothering him! He was spitting up a lot! This afternoon, Bailey, their kitteh got outside! He is not an outdoor cat! So Kay and I both had to go out to find him! I had David sit with Gary who was in his supersaucer! I knew he would be safe for a few minutes! Well when neither of us were in his line of sight, he had a complete meltdown! He just screamed and was inconsolable even when I was back inside and rocking and trying to soothe him! He cried for a long time! I was getting a little worried! I decided to change him because maybe his diaper had gotten moved around and was pinching him or something! I just knew it was time to look for another problem then just fear! Well, when I laid him down and he could look up at my face, he finally stopped! Then I fed him a bottle and he went to sleep and took his afternoon nap! He had a second meltdown a bit later, and I still have no idea why! It was a lot easier to comfort him the second time around! Kay was a HUGE help to me today, and I am so greatful for my wonderful daughter! I am so proud that she loves her family enough to go and do their laundry, make bottles, fill my water glass when the baby was asleep in my lap! I know I brag about our family a lot, but we really have something special going on! We always have each other's back!
...in other news...since Sunday is Easter and I do celebrate it, the round up for Story Assignment #11 will be posted on Monday! That also gives those running a little late some extra time to post their entry!
